DeMatha’s Brock Ruble Commits To Florida State

It doesn’t get any bigger than this: DeMatha star offensive lineman Brock Ruble officially commited to Florida State University. Ruble will join a Seminoles team that is currently ranked No. 1 in the nation and will play Auburn in this season’s National Championship game.

Screen shot 2013-12-13 at 2.57.55 PMRuble is a beast and he will have the opportunity to play among some of the best college players in the country, including Heisman Trophy hopeful Jameis Winston. Ruble selected FSU over N.C. State and Maryland among many other offers.

Incredibly, Ruble’s commitment makes nine players from the 2013 DeMatha WCAC title team to commit to a college football program next season. Additionally, Ruble marks the first ever DeMatha Stag to play football for the Seminoles. Click below for more pictures from Ruble’s announcement.
